Cornett Roofing: Covid-19 Update

Update on Cornett Roofing’s status in regards to the various state restrictions put in place as a result of the Covid-19 virus. You can read the statement below the video as well.

Recent events surrounding the Covid-19 virus have prompted several calls and questions to our office, so we want to briefly update everyone on our status at this time. We are aware of the state declarations made in Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, and Kentucky aimed at stopping the spread of the virus. However, Cornett Roofing is an essential business, as defined in each of these states, as roofing leaks can cause immediate and substantial damage to a home or business.  In addition, roof leaks can expose occupants to slip and fall injuries and even mold contamination. Therefore, roofing contractors are exempt from the current state restrictions and remain in service to assist customers and those in need.

However, we are taking all prudent precautions, including social distancing measures, limiting our office to essential employees only, encouraging additional hand washing, and enhancing office cleaning procedures during this time. We want to protect our employees and customers to the best of our ability, while still performing the important work that must continue.
