STANDING SEAM METAL ROOFING
The Standing Seam metal roofing system from Cornett Roofing has the traditional look many people associate with metal roofing, without the exposed fasteners or seams found in lesser quality metal roofs. Typically rolled on-site, from coils of premium 24-gauge steel, the standing seam metal panels are fabricated to the custom size of your roof, ensuring no seams to leak in the future. Once completed, the standing seam roof has no exposed fasteners, which over time, round out the screw holes due to expansion and contraction of the metal.
While the standing seam system can be applied to virtually any building, it is popularly found on commercial buildings, log cabins, lake properties, churches, and on flatter roof areas such as porches and bay window covers. This metal roofing system can be retrofitted over flat roofing areas as well, by adding slope with framing and installing the standing seam on top.
As with all our metal roofing products, the standing seam metal roof comes with a lifetime Kynar paint warranty, is Class 4 rated against hail and wind, is typically eligible for insurance discounts, and will provide 50+ years of service life, with virtually no maintenance.

As an owner of a 100 year old house with a Spanish tile roof, it is hard to find companies that have the skill set to work on my property. This time I needed extensive felt replacement on over half of my roof and chimney capping work to make the roof watertight before the winter and was recommended Cornett by a neighbor who used them on their slate roof. I cannot express how great this company was from beginning to end with their personnel who quoted, their contracts team and their project management contacts. They went above and beyond to make my repair work as easy and smooth as possible. Communication from them was exceptional throughout the process and they delivered on what they said they would do, and more. The roof repair team were at mine for a week and were very professional, friendly, clean and tidy. Their workmanship was top notch and their attention to detail was exceptional. The price point was lower than the prior companies I have used and I will certainly be using them going forward. I have recommended their services to friends who have historic houses as well as those with standard roofing. Highly recommended!!!

Ours was not a simple roofing job. Our 100+ year old home with newer addition also included two porches and the removal of a chimney. Anas and Steve were very professional and answered all my questions - and they could attest that there … More were many. I checked the area between the original house and the addition where we were experiencing major leaks. Everything is dry after last night's 2+ inches of rain! Cleanup was good and the project was completed in the time predicted. Would definitely recommend Cornett.
