METAL ROOFING COLORS AND STYLES
The Standing Seam metal roofing system from Cornett Roofing has the traditional look many people associate with metal roofing, without the exposed fasteners or seams found in lesser quality metal roofs. Typically rolled on-site, from coils of premium 24-gauge steel, the standing seam metal panels are fabricated to the custom size of your roof, ensuring no seams to leak in the future. Once completed, the standing seam roof has no exposed fasteners, which over time, round out the screw holes due to expansion and contraction of the metal.
While the standing seam system can be applied to virtually any building, it is popularly found on commercial buildings, log cabins, lake properties, churches, and on flatter roof areas such as porches and bay window covers. This metal roofing system can be retrofitted over flat roofing areas as well, by adding slope with framing and installing the standing seam on top.
As with all our metal roofing products, the standing seam metal roof comes with a lifetime Kynar paint warranty, is Class 4 rated against hail and wind, is typically eligible for insurance discounts, and will provide 50+ years of service life, with virtually no maintenance.
