As an owner of a 100 year old house with a Spanish tile roof, it is hard to find companies that have the skill set to work on my property. I have used specialist companies over the years whose prices have gone up significantly over time … More and become out of my price range. This time I needed extensive felt replacement on over half of my roof and chimney capping work to make the roof watertight before the winter and was recommended Cornett by a neighbor who used them on their slate roof. I cannot express how great this company was from beginning to end with their personnel who quoted, their contracts team and their project management contacts. They went above and beyond to make my repair work as easy and smooth as possible. Communication from them was exceptional throughout the process and they delivered on what they said they would do, and more. The roof repair team were at mine for a week and were very professional, friendly, clean and tidy. Their workmanship was top notch and their attention to detail was exceptional. The price point was lower than the prior companies I have used and I will certainly be using them going forward. Ours was not a simple roofing job. Our 100+ year old home with newer addition also included two porches and the removal of a chimney. Anas and Steve were very professional and answered all my questions - and they could attest that there … More were many. I checked the area between the original house and the addition where we were experiencing major leaks. Everything is dry after last night's 2+ inches of rain! Cleanup was good and the project was completed in the time predicted. Would definitely recommend Cornett.
