Residential Roofing for Hamilton Homes
In Hamilton, you’ll find a real mix—century-old homes in neighborhoods like Dayton Lane, post-war houses on the West Side, and newer buildings near Brookwood. Every one of those homes has a roof doing a different job, and we treat them that way.
Instead of cookie-cutter solutions, we look at what your home actually needs based on its age, materials, and how it’s been holding up to Ohio’s weather. Our goal isn’t just to stop a leak—it’s to give you a roof that holds strong for the next few decades.
Architectural Asphalt Shingles (Durability + Style)
We install high-performance architectural shingles with upgraded underlayment and ventilation systems to extend lifespan and boost energy efficiency.
Permanent Metal Roofing (Our Specialty)
Our in-house manufactured steel, aluminum, and copper metal roofs last 50+ years and are ideal for Ohio weather—resisting wind, hail, and even fire. These roofs are maintenance-light and high on value.
Slate Roofing (Natural or Synthetic)
If you live in one of Hamilton’s older or historic homes, slate roofing fits right in—both in looks and lifespan. We offer natural and synthetic slate options that bring the charm without all the upkeep, giving you a roof that’s as durable as it is timeless.
Tile Roofing (Clay or Synthetic)
Tile roofs are a great fit for homeowners planning to stay put for the long haul. Whether you’re restoring a home near the riverfront or just want better protection from Ohio’s storms, clay and synthetic tile add serious curb appeal—and hold up when the weather gets rough.
Cedar Shake & Synthetic Roofing
Looking for a traditional look? Cedar offers rustic charm while synthetic versions provide that same aesthetic with added durability and lower maintenance.
Hamilton Commercial Roofing
From schools and churches to retail and industrial buildings, our commercial roofing services are built for reliability and energy efficiency.
We install flat and low-slope systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and coatings—customized to your facility’s size and needs. We also fabricate custom box gutters and downspouts for heavy water management.

They haven’t even done our roof but I would recommend them. They are helping us in a difficult situation. Inexperienced roofers with claims that turned out not to be true can be a nightmare. But Cornett was very helpful in answering all … More of our questions and making us feel at ease. We can’t wait to see the results. -

Couldn't ask for a better experience, reasonable quote for work expected, great communication from both mgmt, Bruce and Steve, and crew. Marvin and Kennlee.
I've started using Cornett for my commercial building needs, would recommend … More to anyone. -

As an owner of a 100 year old house with a Spanish tile roof, it is hard to find companies that have the skill set to work on my property. I have used specialist companies over the years whose prices have gone up significantly over time … More and become out of my price range. This time I needed extensive felt replacement on over half of my roof and chimney capping work to make the roof watertight before the winter and was recommended Cornett by a neighbor who used them on their slate roof. I cannot express how great this company was from beginning to end with their personnel who quoted, their contracts team and their project management contacts. They went above and beyond to make my repair work as easy and smooth as possible. Communication from them was exceptional throughout the process and they delivered on what they said they would do, and more. The roof repair team were at mine for a week and were very professional, friendly, clean and tidy. Their workmanship was top notch and their attention to detail was exceptional. The price point was lower than the prior companies I have used and I will certainly be using them going forward. I have recommended their services to friends who have historic houses as well as those with standard roofing. Highly recommended!!! -

Ours was not a simple roofing job. Our 100+ year old home with newer addition also included two porches and the removal of a chimney. Anas and Steve were very professional and answered all my questions - and they could attest that there … More were many. I checked the area between the original house and the addition where we were experiencing major leaks. Everything is dry after last night's 2+ inches of rain! Cleanup was good and the project was completed in the time predicted. Would definitely recommend Cornett.
